For our actual house hunting, she advised us on what to offer to be a strong contender (aside from the dollar amount). Then she was able to push and follow-through for the ideal home we had our hearts set on. Agnes was on top of covering all bases and keeping all parties informed in the processes, that we were able to sell/buy under contingency and close both escrows on our preferred dates.
